The Calgary Regiment [14th Canadian Armoured Regiment]was a tank unit part of the 1st Canadian Armoured Brigade, 1st Canadian Corps. The Three Rivers Regiment [12th Canadian Armoured Regiment] was a tank unit part of the 1st Armoured Brigade, 1st Canadian Corps. The Prince Edward Island Light Horse was originally part of the 1st Armoured Brigade, but in November 1943 became the 2nd Canadian Corps Defence Company [PEI Light Horse]. The Perth Regiment was an infantry unit with the 5th Canadian Armoured Division, 1st Canadian Corps. The Princess Louise Fusiliers was an infantry unit with the 5th Canadian Armoured Division, 1st Canadian Corps. The Cape Breton Highlanders was an infantry unit with the 5th Canadian Armoured Division, 1st Canadian Corps. The North Nova Scotia Highlanders [MG] was an infantry unit with the 3rd Canadian Division, 2ns Canadian Corps. With the exception of the Perth Regiment [reduced to nil strength in 1965], these units continue today as units in the Canadian Army Reserve.
