Offered for auction is a nice original and large medal grouping to Frank J Zelinsky, who served in WW2 - his good conduct medal and bronze star both have his name engraved. He enlisted in 1943 (See screenshot) and would see heavy combat in Western Europe, obtaining two campaign stars on his European and Mediteranean campain medal. He earned a bronze star for heroism, a good conduct medal for his service, an American Campaign medal and a WW2 victory medal. . A very nice set altogether. I dont know when or where he earned his medals in detail; this could be researched. ,im sure more can be found if one has the time do look for it. Great medal grouping for your WW2 collection!
